THE EXPERIENCE:

The Penguin SUP Experience is an amazing opportunity to experience the thrill of being out on the open ocean, while learning the art of stand up paddleboarding and seeing penguins, seals and array of birdlife in their natural environment.

Our professional instructors will first take you through the basic technical aspects of paddling and safety on dry land. Then out onto the ocean we go. The sea is usually very calm in the protected bay of Sea Forth. This lends itself to easy learning, before heading off to see the penguins at Boulders.

After a quick dip in the shallows, we take you around Arc Rock to the seals and Duiker birds before returning an hour later to a second, small colony of penguins closer to Sea Forth beach. Our qualified and professional instructors take you out on a Giant XXL-6 man SUP and we all paddle together, with a skipper in attendance. All ages are welcome.

Penguin Paddle between 8 and 10.30am, bookings essential. You need to bring your own towel, swimming costume, T-shirt, hat and warm clothes.
